The registration method for
the convention of June 13-15 2008 at the Institute Lama Tzong
Khapa (Pisa-Italy)
- Reservations for registration to the Convention
must be made with the secretary of Mindfulness (Federica)
at +39 050 685778.
- The subscription fee is €125 plus €25
for the normal annual membership card. The membership
card, valid for one year, allows for participation
in all initiatives of Mindfulness.
- If you have the possibility to send your registration
via fax or email you can download the form in Word
or PDF. In the case you cannot, we can send the same
material by post.

- payment of the subscription fee and the membership
card fee. Payment must be made via bank transfer using

transfer via fax to: +0039 050 685695 or via e-mail
to: segre@mindproject.com
- These operations must be done within 15 days from
the registration with the secretary.
Not receiving the modules or the bank transfer the
reservation will be cancelled.
Registration is confirmed only when payment has been
received.
- Once payment has been received we will send you
the confirmation by email, fax or post.
After the confirmation you need to make a reservation
for lodging. This reservation must be made with the
secretary of the Institute Lama Tzong Khapa (Cinzia)
at +39050685654.
- You need to cancel your reservation at least 15
days before the event to receive a refund of the registration
fee. No refunds will be given after that time.
